What you need to know

How does this work?

We connect renters with you (the crash pad owner). Renters can browse through available pads, select their preferred dates, and make a booking directly on the platform. Once a booking is made, the owner will receive a notification to confirm the reservation (and get paid once the rental is complete).

How do I get paid?

Payments are processed securely through Stripe Connect. As a pad owner, you&aposll need to set up a Stripe account to receive payouts. Once a renter completes a booking and the rental period begins, funds (minus a fee) will be transferred directly to your connected bank account.

What is the fee?

We charge a platform fee of 10% on each booking to cover operational costs and maintain the platform. Stripe will also apply standard processing fees for handling payments. These fees are deducted from the rental amount before it is transferred to you.

What are my responsibilities?

As a pad owner, you are responsible for facilitating the pickup and dropoff of the crashpads. It&aposts important to honor all confirmed bookings and maintain good communication with your renters. If your pads are old and beat to hell, please stop renting them and buy new ones. We survey renters on the quality of your pads and will de-list if required.
